I'm running Outlook for Mac 2011 v 14.3.6 on OS 10.8.4 - whenever I go into Contacts the beachball spins for 3-5 seconds - when I leave contacts and go into Mail or Calendar it spins again but not when I go between calendar or mail - only when i go through Contacts.  this is very annoying.
