In Windows LIve Mail every time I type an "I" then space then if I hit backspace, then I get this: II

How do I fix this??????

PS. This is the most complicated and annoying help center. It is soooo complicated to figure out how to even ask a question or find an answer... FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
