Good Grief Charlie Brown & WTH!!

To start with I am the Network/Local Administrator for my company and on my own workstation.  We are small enough that we are only running a Peer-to-Peer network with 2-3 PCs and a couple of Printers or MFPs.

Both workstations are HP WX6600 with 4.00Gb ram running Windows 7 64bit OS. There are no issues that show up on DEVICE MANAGER either and up until this morning I had been experiencing no problems sending or receiving emails using Microsoft Outlook 2013.  When I came in this morning I saw that automatic updates had installed updates and rebooted sometime during the night.  Now, when I try to move a message to a different folder, I get this error:

If I try to delete a message I get the following after press the "DEL" key:

Basically all I can do is receive and read emails, don't have permissions for anything else.

Help PLEASE!

Kenhllsn
