I seem to have constant and continuing problems with text scrolling quickly and automatically down

the screen when I am working.  I have recently developed blindness that has left me with the ability 

to read VAGroundedBT size 28 Bold or larger or more ink filled fonts.  Can you imagine trying to read

with this problem and the text rolling rapidly down your screen?  I desperately need help to stop

this problem from taking the little reading skill I have from me.  I know I am not the only person

this must be affecting but I am possibly one of the few making this adjustment at this time.  Please,

please help me and all the others this must be affecting right now!
