I currently have a setup with my email provider at work by which there is an email address which forwards to all staff. So i would send an email from my own address to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and that would forward onto everyone in the forward list attached to that forwarder address. Each time a new member of staff joins our company all I need to do is add the extra name in the forward list or remove if someone leaves. I'm looking to move over to outlook.com for some of the features.

So here's my question....
I have set up a domain account with outlook.com. Can I have the same ability in the outlook.com environment? I have had a look at forwarding, but it only allows for 1 address. I realise this is a security feature to stop people spamming. Would it work to add the same alias address to all the staffs emails? Or is there another method for doing this.
