my problem is when i open i file directly with movie maker:

i wait for it to process and then when i hit play i hear the audio in the right speaker/headphone but in the left speaker/headphone i hear something similar to the noise emitted when you put a phone to close to the speaker. so next thing i do is run the troubleshooting for compatibility issues:

so i test it, you know upload the same file as before:

it works i say "yay" and im on my way. but wait, i finished what i was doing with that video and closed movie maker and then i go to my next video. but when i open it the static noise is back. please help me get rid of this!
