I recently bought a new canon camcorder (vixia HF G30)  and naturally wanted to test it out on the highest settings.  This is a AVCHD clip shot at 59.94 fps with LPCM audio.  Imported the clip using canon's import software.  the clip imports and plays fine, however, no sound. Looked at the properties for the clip and there is no information showing for the audio.   I have tried just about everything to no avail.   I tried using Microsoft import utility, same thing. I imported straight into Live Movie Maker, same thing.  I have looked at the codecs supplied with live movie maker and I see multiple PCM codecs but not one with LPCM.  On all, video imports and plays great,  just no audio being imported, and no error messages whatsoever.  I have searched everywhere I can think of for the solution. Please help if you can, thanks.
