When using Windows Live Movie Maker on my Windows 10 PC, I am trying to record a Widescreen (16:9) webcam video. I am using a Logitech C920 HD Pro webcam. Whenever I go to the "Project" ribbon, I change the aspect ration to (16:9), but all that does is keep the same video aspect but with black bars on the sides. I am sure my webcam is widescreen because it works on other camera applications.

In support I was told to go to the tools tab, but that's not showing up. So instead I was told to go to the Movie Maker Options/Advanced section and change from NTSC to PAL, but nothing like that shows up.
