My hotmail account has been hacked. I have changed my password multiple times to very complex passwords over the last several months. I continue to see these emails show up in my junk mail. They are sent from my email address using my name & my career...so they are very specific. I am a recruiter & these job ads are being placed to look like they are from me. Then at the bottom of the email, there is a contact email address that is listed that is different than my own. Changing my password is not going to fix this. I need to know what I can do next to regain complete control of my account & stop the other usage. I am concerned that my only option is to delete this account, so if someone else knows what happened & how I can fix this...I would really appreciate step by step instructions on how to change this.
