I've seen articles saying that the first time you click Archive it's supposed to ask you where things should be archived to. I have no idea what happened the first time she clicked it. All I can say is that clicking it now seems to do nothing. (I also
can't find anything that tells you how to find out where archived emails are being sent.)
My mother has an Outlook.com-based email account. (It was originally a Hotmail account.) When she selects an email and clicks "Archive"--either the Archive menu item at the top or the Archive button in the action bar--the selection advances to the next
email but the previously email isn't actually archived. In other words, it's still exactly where it was. What's wrong? How can I diagnose and fix the problem?
