Apps removed while refreshing my PC

Apps removed after windows cleanup (Windows 10). I also lost Windows Live Mail and all my emails with it. I reinstalled Windows Live Essentials and Live mail - but my emails are all gone.. please help - how do I retrieve them? They don't seem to be in my User AppData folder.
