Apps flash briefly every 10 seconds

I just upgraded from a 2011 MB Air to 2013 MB Air, using Superduper to migrate everything to the new mac. As usual, it went very well, producing an exact replica of previous system, files, etc. HOWEVER, I now get a brief (<1/4 second) "flicker" of any screen or app in the front (unless it is in full screen mode, in which case it does not flicker). I tried some troubleshooting (know mac very well, user for 20 years), but could not resolve it.

I posted to the apple support forum, and in looking at Console, figured out the problem:

6/17/13 9:26:39.748 AM com.apple.launchd.peruser.502[192]: (com.microsoft.SyncServicesAgent) Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds
6/17/13 9:26:50.605 AM com.apple.launchd.peruser.502[192]: (com.microsoft.SyncServicesAgent) Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds

As was suggested, I pasted the following command in Terminal, which temporarily (until reboot) solves the problem: launchctl remove com.microsoft.SyncServicesAgent

What do I need to do to *permanently* fix this so it does happen after a reboot?... Thanks!
