I am having trouble when trying to use the video stabilization / anti-shake features, and after testing, I have confirmed it also applies to any of the effects in the visual effects tab.* When I apply the feature (and wait for it to finish processing), the inline preview video looks great - the effect is correctly applied. However, when I then save/export the movie, the resulting video file only roughly resembles the original - it is almost entirely green. Specifically, there are alternating horizontal stripes of pure bright green and what looks like the original video passed through a filter that removes all reds and blues and maybe adds brightness. The greenification seems to be applied before the actual visual effect; for example, with a blur effect, the green stripes' borders are also blurred.

I have tried various different things; in all cases the resulting video file is green:

* Exporting to mp4 and to wmv, and at varying resolutions.

* Playing the resulting file using different programs (it's green in all of them).

* Trying with different source video types, including .mts (the original file I care about), mp4, and wmv.

* Setting only one of the clips in the project to use the effect; in this case, only that part of the video is green.

Other notes:

* My video card drivers are up to date.

* This is on windows 8.1 64 bit.

* Audio is not affected.

Any help would be appreciated!

*Edit: This seems incorrect. Below I re-test the other visual effects and they don't cause any problems unless anti-shake is on too. It's just the anti-shake.
