I have two laptops with Windows 8.1 and one PC with Windows 7, WLM is installed on all the computers.

The problem is, e-mails from some senders come without visible attachment. I have one old laptop with Windows XP and MS Outlook, which shows and handles those same e-mail messages and their attachments perfectly.

Virus protection button in WLM is unchecked - I tried that, although I didn't encounter s problem that I can't open attachments, it's just that I can't see them.

Any ideas?
