Hi,

I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7. Within a short period of time, my computer slowed to a crawl and I could not get it to work. I then, went back to Windows 7. Today, I wanted to use MovieMaker; when I clicked on it, I got this message: I deleted the entire Windows Essential file, restarted my computer, and reinstalled Windows Essentials. I still got the same message.

What can I do? I really need to use MovieMaker.

An aside, does anyone have any idea why I had such an issue with Windows 10? I am hesitant to try again, even though now my Windows 7 doesn't seem to be working very well either.

Thanks for any help you can give me.
