Sometime in the last month, junk mail went from a few per day to many dozens per day.

I have my junk mail  filter set to high and report junk email to MS is checked as well.

I am running WLM on a Surface Pro 2 with local storage (not cloud based).

One of the surprising aspects of the junk mail changes is that it sends MS mail like this to the junk folder - we had 4 instances of MS account security code sent to the junk folder:

Any suggestions?
