HI All,

I have new laptop with windows 8.1 with essentials 2012 installed.

When I try to load any video or photo... after loading below error I am getting.  I am able to play videos with media player.

I try to re-install windows essentials 2012 but still issue remains same.

Let us know if any other details needed.
