I´ve recently lost my boyfriend´s access to his email account since I entered his password too many times wrong...

Now, he had in there very important things that he has to retrieve but he no longer has access to the account that would receive the new password but that account is blocked and he does not remember any info regarding the one he lost as well!!

There was mostly things from his cooking school inside that account which he very much needs for his career and I just have to get it back for him!

I can provide IDs and everything needed to prove the truth of the story, no matter how odd it sounds, and also the email he is using right now to receive his account back...

Can I get any kind of help here? Even procedures to check identity and other things? Because honestly the current system is a bit too complex and there are more simple methods of getting ones account back.
