hey guys

so recently i have updated my windows ( i am on windows 10 ) and for the past three days i have had absolute 100% disk being used up by antimalware service executable. shown here in image. can someone please help? i am a youtuber and this makes my job very hard due to insane pc lag , frame dropping and sometimes my pc just completely freezes up without not be able to do anything but a restart!

please help!
