Welcome, today, i recorded a video and edited it using Windows Movie Maker 2.6.

When i was editing the video, i noticed that some parts of the video (seperate cut out parts) which were slown down. They didn't have the blue star, and when i opened the menu to see what effects that video had, it had none. The original video didn't have these slowdowns.
