hello,

i logged into my outlook.com inbox yesterday and found that all of my emails from the past 15 years (yes, i've had this account that long!  :) have disappeared completely in my inbox.  i read through the other threads and none of the "conditions" applied to me.  I actively use this on a regular basis, i log in online and on my phone, and when it switched from hotmail --> outlook, all was fine. 

i use outlook.com on my android (and have for months, with the email app from android (i used the outlook app and it continually froze)) and all of a sudden yesterday i only have 2 weeks worth of emails in my inbox on my computer (which is the same view that i have on my phone).  it seems that whatever emails i have on my phone, my outlook inbox has synced to by i cannot understand why.  why would the emails delete from my online inbox?  i have the server to have priority over my device and i didn't change anything.  overnight, my inbox on my computer matches my phone and i have lost thousands of emails from the past 15 years.  and i need them back, please!!!
