First i am not good at fixing or understanding how all the syncing is done.

Everything is all mixed up. I have windows 8.1 and had essentials when i bought this new computer. 

I have a profile mix up which is dangerous for me. I have a stage name and i never wanted it to be mixed with my real name but too late now that google and chrome and my hotmail and my essential sand now my facebook and skype and messenger  etc have all started to mingle together  it is a mess and i never asked to add them together.

I downloaded a nother essentials because my mail and well everything started to act strange.

As soon as i downloaded the updated essentials i went to People and it said i have no contacts i should have around 900 just in my danahayesxxx@hot mail.com account which is my main and only important account. I do not use my real name and i do not want the two to mix /

Ifear it is too late.

Can you help me get my hotmail contacts and i do not want any account with Jody Duncan if it is going to confuse the two and cause me to lose my business.

I hope you can understand as i am simply not good at understanding or fixinfg this . And combining all these accounts like facebook twitter etc has caused my two identies to cross and loose all my business. I am a frantic emotionlial mess. I cannot support myself with no contacts.   Dana hayes or Jody Duncan
