I do not use "hotmail" er... "outlook" on a daily basis, however I was aware that it was being changed to Outlook.  I am assuming that since I had not been an active user for the 30 days, that my account was deemed "inactive" and all my information was deleted.  However, this is simply not true!  I can log into my "outlook" account as if I did not have any information deleted, but I am quite upset to have lost ALL of my emails, and ALL of my contacts.
