Tried autorecovery and nothing works.  The only thing in the account is the welcome to outlook.com message.  Need some assistance, I created this account for my daughter when she was born and have been writing her messages and sending photos/video for almost two years and now everything was gone.  It was originally a hotmail account.  Could someone please PM me and give me a hand?
