All my old emails have disappeared once my hotmail account upgraded to outlook HELP!

As I have mentioned on the topic and it seems like I have the same problem as everyone else!

I can't recover all my undeleted emails that used to be on hotmail before you guys upgraded to outlook.

I have so many important emails that needs to be recovered. Please HELP!

I'm getting frustrated here and I would like you to get this looked at specifically into my account please!

I tried every solution you have given to others

- recovered the deleted mails
- update some of the 'options'

NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK!

and I can only look at my latest emails from a month and half ago. All other emails before that I could NOT check them at all and I can't find them any where!
