Hi,
I can't find a form that will guarantee i get a reply from MS, and i have tried to report this before, but with no luck.

My hotmail account has been upgraded to Outlook, but all my old messages and folders have been deleted.
Conversation threading is not turned on!

Who do i need to contact to get this information restored?!
