Hotmail/Outlook Support,

I have just realized that all my sent items since 04-10-2009 (Hotmail account created) are missing till 12-08-2013 (August)? The 4 years of emails are all important for me and I hereby ask Microsoft Support to urgent open a support case to start restoring my email accounts missing items.

I would like to receive the service description for your service (Hotmail/Outlook) as I want to know my legal rights in this matter?

Are Microsoft allowed to delete all my emails with even notifying in advance?
