i tried logging into my hotmail acct few months ago...though i knew the password it logged in.. but couldnt access my inbox... it asked me to fill up a questionnaire..to make sure i was a genuine user.  but i could not recollect my old passwords or the answers to security qns..

after submission of form ... i got a display that after verifying i'll be able to access my accts.. which never happened as i never got a response from microsoft..

luckily i remembered them on the 26th oct and tried logging in to my acct n now it does redirect to my inbox.. but cant find any of my old emails recieved or sent.. though contacts are intact... my inbox, sent items, drafts everythin is empty. 

pls help me in recovering my old emails... need them utmost... please help
