A problem going back to 2009 if you do a full search.

Are there any microsoft techs available to assist?

I've moved to a new laptop.

Copied email files from laptop #1 and placed into #2's - I created previously non-existent folders (...local/ Microsoft/ Windows Live Mail),

THEN loaded WLMail. All setup correctly.

Double checked that ALL settings and files were and EXACT match on both PC's.

Suddenly all incoming mail is duplicated.

NO, IT ISN"T TWO PC's PULLING FROM ONE ACCOUNT... My boss and I have been doing that for 6 years with 5 laptops between us over that time. I believe we have sufficient experience not to step out of our abilities, or leave anything out (yes we follow our last install notes).
