Hello,

My account was upgraded from a Hotmail account to use Outlook.com and all of the mail items in my inbox have disappeared.  My email address in question is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** 

I would never permanently delete messages and I have checked my deleted items however there is no trace of the missing mail.

Does anyone have any suggestions as how the email could be recovered?
