I have imported a 10 minute video into MM. It operates in the left half of MM window perfectly.  But in the right half where there are rows and rows of the frames, this time all the frames are the same frame!  I therefore cannot edit my MP4 video.  Ummmm....help?  (I reinstalled MM only to have the same issue.)
