I have spent many hours working on a video that is about at the 14 min mark now. I am so close to being complete. Along the way a couple of files corrupted and I was able to work around it and not use them. I now have about 10 or so clips to add to complete the video but when I upload them they are all corrupt. What is my best solution here? 

If it is to send a private request to microsoft, can someone explain how this works? Do I send each video clip that is corrupted or do I upload them to movie maker corrupt and send it in? This is a project for a client and needs to be completed ASAP. Also how long does it take for them to be fixed?
