I set up two e-mail accounts for my children and over the last few years have been happily sending them e-mails for them to look back at when they grow up. Just the simple but special things, "hey son, you learned to walk today" Hey son, this was your
first song you listened to, first film you watched, first game we took you to etc etc etc"
As this was my sons accounts, I had no need to log in and keep the account "active" so when I tried to send an email recently and it bounced back, I was a little concerned so logged in.
Thanks to this BS policy with the upgrade to Outlook, it seems your e-mail address really isn't "YOUR" e-mail address, but property of Microsoft, because all, and I mean ALL, the e-mails me, my wife, my kids grandparents, aunties and uncles have ever sent
my boys have been permanently deleted!!
How can I make Microsoft understand how important this was??? I swear I will be driven mad by the "I hope we have helped you sir, have a nice day now" BS I keep getting!!!!
AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
