I just went to check my Hotmail (which I do infrequently, but every so often) and found that ALL my emails, contacts etc have disappeared.  I have had this account for over 10 years - where have they all gone?!  I've accessed within the last year, and anyway if the account was due to be disabled why wouldn't the "Alternative email address" in my Account Settings be notified?

Please can someone look at the logs and tell me:

A) What happened to be account?  

B) How do I recover emails and contacts?
