Not having logged onto my Hotmail for a while (couple of months due to new ill baby) I logged in today.  Was advised that I had to upgrade to Outlook but that nothing would change.  Imagine my surprise when my new inbox popped up completely empty bar one email from Outlook welcoming me to the new format.  Where are 10 years worth of emails?  Every folder is empty and I am unable to recover any deleted emails as per instructions on this forum. I concede there is a possibility that I have been hacked as my birth date was altered.  Please advise how to recover my emails.
