From my profile, I try to add an alias (my name @outlook.com). I am told "This email address is already taken" That is true. It is mine. 
Resetting the password, I follow the email link, and reset successfully, but I still can't figure out how to add it to my profile.
Trying to send an email to the address, it bounces back, saying: 

Action: failed
Status: 5.5.0
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

Please advise. How can I claim and use this address?
