As I was informed that a new thread should be started for this sort of problem, I'm posting a new one.

After changing my primary alias on my old hotmail.com account (5 days ago now), I got the "Outlook is updating your inbox, please try again in a few minutes" message. It's been like that since, and attempts to call tech support say that the account is "blocked". It shows I'm signed in, and i've been able to change passwords for it, so it's secure, but being unable to read/send anything is rather annoying to say the least. Please help!
