Several months ago I called Microsoft and a tech took over my computer an ended up reloading the msn explorer software as I was having very frequent disconnects and other problems. Everything worked great after that but now the problem is back and even worse than before. WHY CAN MICROSOFT NOT EVEN FIX THEIR OWN SEARCH ENGINE? Internet explorer seems to work, but I pay $59.95 a year for a broken program that Microsoft offers but can not even get to work right, does anybody at Microsoft even care about anything but their paychecks and avoiding the rath of somebody like Bill Gates. Why don't you fix something that we have to pay for but STILL DOES NOT WORK RIGHT?
