Outlook Windows Live Mail will not load.  An error message saying that the program cannot start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from my computer and to try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.  Is this a problem because Windows was loaded?  Will Windows 10 allow the Outlook mail to load?
