After upgrading to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8.0, Windows Live Mail 2012 will not open.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times without success.  I've even completely uninstalled all Windows Live Mail files using the Command Prompt, and then reinstalled WLM.  It still won't load.

I have been using WLM for years.  WLM 2012 is working fine on two other Windows 8.1 computers in my home (both of those computers came loaded with Windows 8.1 when purchased).

When I try to open WLM 2012, I get the following error message:  "Windows Live Mail has stopped working.  A problem cased the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

Can you help me?
