I have tried several times to reset my password using their online support.  Each time it is denied and now they have told me to open a new account?  How can I possibly get all the information out of my account like banking, medical, school and other sensitive information.  I have been on the phone for two days trying to get someone to help me.  In the last message they told me to post on this forum...This is absolutely ridiculous!!!  I need my information right away!!
