Hi everyone - I was wondering if you have experienced this. My husband and I share a gmail account for personal/home matters such as school communication etc.

I set up my gmail account in Outlook.com and it's been working great - I've cleared years of junk out of it! My husband also wanted to set up the same email on his Outlook.com account and it looked like it was fine until I realised that emails were only downloading to one account or the other.

I have checked that the setting 'leave a copy on server' is selected and it is.

Can someone please help clarify (in low tech terms) the behaviour of Outlook.com when you set up the same Gmail account in 2 Outlook.com mailboxes?

Also how does the sent items behave - it looks like its working like POP as opposed to IMAP so emails sent only appear in that specific mailbox.
