I am using windows mail on Windows 7 and have a Comcast account set up.  I now have an outlook.com account and am trying to set that up but cannot figure out how to complete it.  I think I have everything but when I try to send or receive I get an error message Ox800CCC0D.

Can anyone tell me how to complete it, and please dont say just follow the template.  If it worked I would not be asking the question;
