Help!  I've called the customer service number and they tell me this is the only way I can get help.

 

I purchased the add-free outlook because I can't take the adds anymore.  I assumed because its web-based the next login-off or clearing cache would get me an 'add-free' outlook interface..  It didn't.. what does the paid service kick in?  I'm now taking more of my time to try to figure out why after paying for add free you keep sending me adds.. frustrating experience.. please help immediately or just remove service and refund money.
