hi my friends hotmail account has been hacked and there seems to be nothing we can do to to stop them sending mass emails to friends and his kids we dont know how this has happened but cant seem to do anything to stop it as password changed and takes microsoft 24 hrs if u request change password or something and as i dont know how much they have change or  his important emails they got to  he wants his email back and wants to know how to contact microsoft or outlook they have skype or phone in uk or can they help him sort out his email any faster as its driving him madand not knowing wat they gonna do next
