I'm setting up a new Outlook.com account for a friend and after putting in her email contacts to notify them, I got a verify account which I did then got another one that requires a mobile # for verification but neither of us has a mobile phone and there is not other visible option. I've tried breaking them down into smaller numbers and individually but now get a message saying I've exceeded my daily limit; wtf "daily limit"? I've been using my personal Outlook.com account massively and have never had a "daily limit"??????
