My email was Hacked into and subsequently blocked by microsoft in July

I have tried to validate my account but have failed miserably as I made the Account 10 years ago and can no longer remember my details (I was wary if the internet so I altered my D.O.B by a few days and Used an old address (I can't remember which) )

Also my back up email was created again 10 years ago and I never used it - It was there as back up so I have forgotten what it is and the password so I can't receive the code for reactivation.

Can Anyone help me?
