Please advise.
I have been unable to send emails for two days from my hotmail account.
When I try to send an email I get the message - Due to unusual activity on your account we have temporarily blocked it.
I clicked 'learn more' and was asked to
1) enter a mobile number to verifiy the account (did this, received a verification code, entered it, no problem with that however problem still exists)
and
2) report to microsoft support (done this twice now - have provided an alternative email address and reported the problem. I have received an acknowledgement to both reports but heard nothing else)
I have logged out completely, and restarted my PC - still not able to send emails,
I can receive all emails though.
this is an email account for a small business and this is now causing us a problem and we are losing work.
Please advise asap how to fix.
