I cannot send mail from Live Mail.  The solution seems to be to change my outgoing setting to 587.  However, I the Account tab will not open and I cannot get to my properties/settings.  I followed one person's suggestion to go through Control Panel, Uninstall a Programs, Windows Live Essentials, Uninstall/Change, and Repair all Windows Live programs, but this did not help.  I also uninstalled Windows Live Essentials and then reinstalled it, but this did not help either.  Any other ideas?
