I have had this email address for 10 years. I do not use it often but it is the account all my other emails have backup sent to if I have problems so I need access to this hotmail account.

In recent times I have barely used this account, it has been at leaswt 4-6 months or more since I have sent an email and I receive a lot of junk to it so I don't know the subject of recent incoming mail, nor the addresses which I would have sent anything to.

I have also had the SAME password the entire time I've had this account so I don't have previous passwords. 

This account is now locked out, and I don't believe I could add much information to a new recovery form. 

PLEASE HELP!
